Are You Entitled To A Partial Membership Credit or Refund?

If you subscribed to a VPPA Global Subscription last season, paying either a 1-Year $50 (1,250,000VND) Subscription or a 6-Month $30 (750,000VND) Subscription you may be entitled to a partial Credit or Refund.

If you were a 12-Month Global Subscriber, the revised fee for a 1-Year Subscription is now $30 (750.000VND). This means you are entitled to a $20 (500.000VND) Credit. You can either leave this credit on your account and use it towards future Tournament Entry Fees, or you can ask for a refund to your particular payment method. (Credit Card Refund or Bank Transfer)

Some players are using it to pay directly for their entry into the Evita Singles League in Season 2, which is $20 (500,000VND). Other are using it for other Tournament Entry Fees.

If you were a Global 6-Month Subscriber, this Fee has now been reduced to $17 (450.000VND). As you paid $30 (750,000VND), you may be entitled to a partial Credit or Refund of $13 (300.000VND) IF you haven’t played any Race Series Races, or played in the EFHSL, as in this case, you will have your membership converted into a 12 month Subscription instead, allowing you to have played in the EFHSL or the Race Series for FREE.
