Evita Sports Bar in Thao Dien sponsors a season long 8-Ball Singles Pool League that runs for 17 Weeks.
The competition is split down to Weekly Tournaments, that include both a Race Series and a Group Meeting EVERY Saturday at EVITA SPORTS BAR.
The Weekly Saturday Tournament
Players play whenever they are free to do so, on a Saturday, on the Evita Sports Bar tables, which are open from 2pm to 7pm and are EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED for the Weekly Saturday Tournament. Players are expected to play AT LEAST 10 frames of 8-Ball Pool against 5 different opponents (2 frames each) to qualify for the Weekly Prize of a bottle of Wine.
The Prize Winner is the player who achieves the largest rise in their handicap, that Saturday. (Handicaps may go UP or DOWN). Those players achieving positive Handicap gains, receive ‘League Points”, if you are in the Top 7 of all the players that play, that Saturday. 10pts for the WIN, 7pts for 2nd, 5pts for 3rd, and then 4pts, 3pts, 2pts and 1pt for 7th Place.
THe EAHSL Weekly Race Series
Apart from the Saturday Tournament, points can be earned through the Race Series Challenge Matches, where players in the EAHFL challenge each other to a Race-to-7. These Races can be played any time of the week, at any venue, but the score must be photographed and posted to the EAHSL Chat Group as soon as it is completed. (This will soon be recorded via our WebApp).
Racers from the period between 7pm Saturday and 12pm the following Saturday will be recorded into a Midweek Race Chart, where the Racer’s Handicap Changes are also recorded, with the Top Handicap increases being rewarded with more EAHSL League Points.
The EAHSL League
The results from the Saturday Tournaments and the Weekly Race Series are recorded over a 17 Week period, and the Top 3 Players at the end of the season are rewarded with Trophies, as well as Cash and Voucher Prizes worth 8,000,000VND.

The cost of EAHSL Registration is 500,000VND per season, but you must also hold a valid VPPA Subscription.
